  1. Add the following to your existing SPF Record: include:_spf.createsend.com

How to apply for domain SPF Alignment

Campaign Monitor does not support SPF Alignment at this time. Contact their support team for information. 

How to Enable DKIM for Campaign Monitor

To set up your DKIM record with Campaign Monitor or edit your current DKIM record to include Campaign Monitor, follow the steps below:

  1. In your Campaign Monitor account, click your profile image at the top right and then select Account settings
  2. Click Sending Domains
  3. Click Add Domain
  4. On the resulting page, enter your domain in the Domain field and click Continue
  5. Copy the TXT record displayed
  6. Login to your DNS Hosting provider, select create a new record and select TXT for the type
  7. Once the record has been created at your hosting provider, go back to your Campaign Monitor account and click Authenticate now located at the bottom of the page.

SPF Include Tag Required

This outbound email provider uses an include mechanism to add this provider's IP space to your SPF. To get fully set up with SPF for this provider, you will need to take the provided “include” domain and add it to your SPF record. An example of an SPF record without an include tag is compared to one with the tag added below (the include tags added are denoted in bold).

This outbound email provider does not allow a custom Return-Path address to be set.

DKIM Setup via TXT record

This outbound email provider uses a TXT record to initiate DKIM set up. You will need to take the TXT record(s) provided to you by the provider and add them to your DNS via your DNS hosting provider.
