Inbox Providers allow their users to unsubscribe or mark an email as spam or junk, while some providers keep lists of deactivated or unused email boxes. For example, Google and Yahoo! have set thresholds on the amount of complaints (<0.3% of email volume) or they will refuse email delivery. Other databases are made available to legitimate senders via DMARC Forensics, Complaints or Feedback Loop mechanisms which send XML feeds to senders to DMARC or Postmaster email addresses. MxToolbox taps into these feeds, aggregates the data and provides actionable reports so you can improve your sending reputation.
