HTTP addresses can have a filter set which requires the specified terms to be found in the results before the request can be considered valid. With this failure, you might recieve a HTTP Connect failure.
When the http address is checked by our servers, we look for the specified filter with in the response. If we do not find the filter terms, this error will be triggered.
