The Domain Health Report performs initial DNS queries in order to build a collection of servers to perform tests on. The Monitors Changed warning will be activated anytime that the list of monitors associated with the Domain Health Report have changed.
Typical examples of when this will happen is if you modify your MX records or if you change the IP Address of your domain name.
