Your DMARC record, if it exists, does not contain a quarantine or reject value in the record. To use your BIMI Record and have it display alongside your email messages within your recipient's inboxes you need to have a DMARC record published that contains a p tag with the value quarantine or reject.
For example the below record will pass this test:
v=DMARC1; p=quarantine; rua=mailto:user@mxtoolbox.com; pct=50;"
This record below, will cause this test to fail:
v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:user@mxtoolbox.com;"
