Delivery Center Setup Guide

Thank you for signing up for MxToolbox's Delivery center! We've created a quick start setup guide to help get your account setup and ready to use.

Step 1: Add your first DMARC domain

On your signup you should have been directed to a setup page to enter your first domain. If you were not directed to that page you can reach it by clicking here.

Step 2: Create new record at DNS Host

You will need to visit your DNS Hosting Provider to create a new CNAME record with the details provided on the Delivery Center setup page. Also provided on the setup page are detailed instructions for how to add the new record at your specific DNS provider. 

After you have published the new record we will check if your DNS records are correct/have fully propagated. If the record is incorrect or has syntax issues the setup screen will highlight these for you. Any errors you see in the setup console will need to be corrected to fully setup your account.

Step 3: DMARC Data Received by MxToolbox

When we have started receiving DMARC email delivery reports you will be able to now access your Delivery Center console and start reviewing the performance of your email across senders and inboxes, be alerted to blacklist/reputation issues, investigate spoofing/phishing, etc. We will send an email to you once we have started processing messages.
