The next evolution in IT Infrastructure service delivery has been called many different things by many different people- On demand IT, Applications On Demand, Managed Services, Managed IT, Software As A Service (SaaS), Business Process Outsourcing, Application Service Provider, Utility Computing....The reality is, so many writers and companies have jockeyed to explain it, that each term is loaded with too many definitions, too much room for misinterpretation and too many preconceptions.

Instead of following the crowd (following is not our strong suit) and risking placement in a box where we don't belong, we decided that we needed a new way to talk about what we do. Of course, we wanted to be colorfully descriptive. But, most of all, we wanted to capture the essence of what our delivery model means to our clients.
