Yes, Greylisting does cause a problem. Our Monitoring servers ''SMTP Ping'' thousands of customer mail servers everyday. As a result, the monitoring server gets Greylisted. To use the service, you will need to whitelist the following CIDR ranges:
64.20.227.128/28
208.123.79.32/27
