Hi,

Why is the status 'Timeout' for each blacklist name? How do you get the program to check again?

This is usually due to a problem with the blacklist(s) our tool checks. If it happens with all of the lists, then there could be an internet issue, or the tool might be down very shortly for maintenance. The best advice is to wait a few minutes and try again.
