    Server Down Message

    What does this message mean?

    We have detetmined your SMTP server to be unreachable via SMTP.

    That unfriendly error message is usually seen when the Diag tool cannot connect to your mail server. Another quick check for port 25 connectivity is available at http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/. If an external check of your IP shows it's available and you are still getting this error, then please send an email directly to support@mxtoolbox.com and we can investigate further.
