    Creating a Blocked Senders Filter using the Web Interface

    You can use a Mail Filter in your FlexBox account to keep mail from undesired senders out of your Inbox even if it doesn't get classified as Spam. For more information, please see http://mxtoolbox.com/cs/forums/808/ShowThread.aspx

    To create a Blocked Senders Filter

    1) Click on Options, this will either be a tab across the top or the 2nd circle from the bottom on the left hand side (Steel Theme only).
    2) Click on Mail Filters
    3) Click on New Filter
    4) In the very top box, name your filter, we recommend "Blocked Senders"
    5) Click on "Subject" and pull down to "From"
    6) Click on "matches exactly" and pull down to "contains"
    7) Type in the domain you want blocked, such as "@domain.com"
    8) Click on "Keep in Inbox" and pull down to "File into folder"
    9) Click on "Browse..." and select "Junk" and click OK
    10) Uncheck "Do not process additional filter rules"
    11) Click OK

    If you already have a Blocked Senders rule, when you need to add another domain to it

    1) Click on Options, this will either be a tab across the top or the 2nd circle from the bottom on the left hand side (Steel Theme only).
    2) Click on Mail Filters
    3) Click on "Blocked Senders" and Click on "Edit Filter"
    4) Click on the "+" symbol to add another entry
    5) Type in the domain you want blocked, such as "@domain.com"
    6) Click OK
