We reported yesterday that the INTERSIL blacklist went dark as the domain registration lapsed. This was causing every IP address tested against their RBL to appear to be listed.
They have restored DNS service and the list appears to be working again. We don't have any details on this list, but have decided for the time being to leave it on our lookup page.
