I'm not really sure I understand your post and I'm confident that you are misunderstanding what it is we do. Our tools help IT administrators diagnose and monitor their mail server to find trouble and fix it. Our blacklist look up tool takes the IP address you give us and checks for it on 140 or so public blacklists that we neither own, operate, or are affiliated with.
If your IP is listed and you are hosted, then you do need to contact your hosting provider to have them investigate and clear up their problem which is impacting your mail deliverablilty.
If you are running your own mail server, then you most likely have something misconfigured or you have malicious code sending out mail without your knowledge. If that is the case, then we do have professional services which can help you manage your mail server better and will alleviate any deliverablilty problems you may be having due to blacklists.
We are not blocking your mail or anybody elses. We do not own, operate, or are affiliated with any blacklist. We provide tools to help people find out if they are listed and to help them fix their mail flow problems. If you would like further assistance, we would love the opportunity to speak with you, please call one of our specialists at 866-MXTOOLBOX.
