Add Server problem

I enrolled our mail server last nite. Now when I go to my account, it lists the server name, but not the ip address. When i try to delete the server, it says that I have enetered the wron IP address! So now what do I do? My server cannot be monitored because i have no way of entering in the correct ip address.
