1)
An Application
Error Has Occurred
a)
This error is received if the Monitoring Tool is asked
to monitor either a domain that does not have MX records or a sub-domain (alias
or secondary domain). The Free Monitoring Tool can only monitor valid domains
with valid MX records and does not support monitoring of sub-domains (alias or
secondary domains).
b)
To fix this error, click on Add More Servers on the
left and remove the entry that is causing the error:
c)
After removing the blank entry or invalid entry, simply
begin again by hitting Add New Server. This will jump you into the Adding New
Server Wizard.
2)
Argument 'Length'
must be greater or equal to zero
a)
This error happens when we are blocked intermittently
by mail server. If you receive this error please add our IP ranges to your mail
server or firewall:
64.20.227.128/28
and
208.123.79.32/27
b)
If you are finding that messages that you want to
receive are not being received you may
need an email continuity solution to assist with your delivery of mail. Please

Test message was
not able to be sent
a)
This error occurs if we are not able to send the first initial
test message to your server upon completion of your Monitoring setup. If this
message cannot be received please add our IP ranges to your mail server or
firewall:

and
208.123.79.32/27
b)
