    Yes, Greylisting does cause a problem. Our Monitoring servers ''SMTP Ping'' thousands of customer mail servers everyday. As a result, the monitoring server gets Greylisted.   • Email Alerts

    Anybody know why I'm not receiving alerts when our mail server is down?  We've had numerous incidents over the past week where our server has been rejecting messages for up to an hour and we didn't know.  It is set to alert us after 15 minutes.
