I recently started using your service. Could you please explain the two time values that are displayed at the bottom of the 24 Hour Performance Monitor graph? How are these times derived? Are they the peak values for Transaction times? They do not seem to be noted on a specific time interval and vary depending upon the 24 hour ...

I enabled the monitoring service late this afternoon. Dashboard diagnostics checked into my server one time with positive results and has not tried since. I reviewed the server logs and no additional monitoring. What's up?
