  • Emails not Going through or coming in

    I have some people who have AOL, Yahoo, Comcast and others that emails from our server do not go through to them.  How would I check to see if these companies are not letting emails through from my server?  Also I have some that are unable to send email to us from these servers but we are not blocking them in any way.  Does anyone ...

    My company email address has the same problem, actually all email addresses on the company domain have that problem. We get the exact same error. I have been in contact with someone at the Comcast Customer Security Assurance department. They have been helpful, though haven't fixed my problem. They say that it is not a spam related blacklist ...

  • How can I get off comcast.net blacklist?

    I write my brother (on comcast.net) almost daily, but my emails come back with failure to deliver notifications almost every time.  I am not listed on any blacklist shown by mxtoolbox.com.  The comcast.net website has no obvious way to ask to get off their blacklist.  Attached below is the vague message I get.  Any suggestions ...

    Unfortunately, we cannot speak for Comcast, nor do we know how to get in touch with a Comcast technician. SORBS has not blacklisted YOUR account, per se.
