  • How can I get off comcast.net blacklist?

    I write my brother (on comcast.net) almost daily, but my emails come back with failure to deliver notifications almost every time.  I am not listed on any blacklist shown by mxtoolbox.com.  The comcast.net website has no obvious way to ask to get off their blacklist.  Attached below is the vague message I get.  Any suggestions ...

    Unfortunately, we cannot speak for Comcast, nor do we know how to get in touch with a Comcast technician. SORBS has not blacklisted YOUR account, per se.
