    I see that our server IP is listed in SPAMCANNIBAL. How do i remove the listing. Infact when I go to details for this listing I see this message no reverse DNS, MX host should have rDNS - RFC1912 2.1  But the reverse DNS is setup correctly for our server IP. Please suggest what might be the problem? Thanks Rajeev

    DNS servers all have different timeframes of when they check for new records. We have seen clients that have DNS providers that only update once every 72 hours.     The TTL heading stands for Time To Live and is refferring to the Domain Name System (DNS), the TTL is set by an authoratative nameserver for a particular resource record.   • Emails not Going through or coming in

    I have some people who have AOL, Yahoo, Comcast and others that emails from our server do not go through to them.  How would I check to see if these companies are not letting emails through from my server?  Also I have some that are unable to send email to us from these servers but we are not blocking them in any way.  Does anyone ...

  • Outside mails can not connect to my smtp exchange server

    I am getting a connection timeout everytime some one sides me mail, No mails are comming in. I have also been listed as on two blacklisted sites.
