    Starloop ?

My site is blacklisted on Starloop according to the mxtoolbox monitoring?  But I can't get to the starloop website.  How do I get unlisted from this blacklist?

    Thanks

Same here.  Hopefully nobody we do business with actually uses a crappy blacklist like that (who can't even maintain an online presence).  I find that a lot of blacklists are this way.  As you can tell, I'm not a big fan of them when they're run by "just a guy".

    Re: Starloop ?

It looks like they had server problems and blacklisted a bunch of people.  I recieved notification in my email that we have been removed from the blacklist.

We have removed Starloop from our Lookup tool for the time being.

    Thanks,

I'm getting the same thing. How can I remove us from blacklisted on Starloop?  Please reply back as soon as possible. Thank you.

    Re: Starloop ?

The chances are high that a listing on Starloop will not cause you any problems. Something happened to their server and now everyone is listed (false positive)

The only way being listed on Starloop will cause you any problems is if you are trying to send email to someone who uses the Starloop blacklist. If you find that it is causing you problems, you have three possible courses of action:

    1) Contact Starloop directly and work to get de-listed

    2) Contact the email administrator using Starloop and ask them to whitelist you and / or stop using Starloop.

    3) Utilize our Email Security Service, which will relay your outbound  mail though clean IP Addresses (this is only available to legitimate, non-spamming businesses)
