    any info on bl.qwest.net?

We seem to be on a qwest block list, but qwest denies they have one.  We are unable to send email to qwest.net.  Below is the message; I xxx'd the ip addy.  I don't seem to be able to locate any bl's by this name.  Any ideas on how to get off this thing?

     5.7.1 smtp;554 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host [xxx.xx.xxx.xxx] blocked using bl.qwest.net

    Re: any info on bl.qwest.net?

Doing a quick lookup on Google.com for bl.qwest.net yielded that many users have been blacklisted by this and are also having problems finding the source. However upon speaking with qwest these users also received the same response you did, and were not very sucessful at being removed.

Unfortunately I do not have any experience with Qwest first-hand, but here at MxToolBox we do offer many solutions including how to protect yourself from being blacklisted, please visit http://mxtoolbox.com/flexbox/flexbox_index.html for more information on this process or send an email to sales@mxtoolbox.com.

    Thank you,

    Wendy

I found how to get off their black list.  Send an email to postmaster@qwest.net  -- doing this got me an actual reply and the promise that my ip would be added to their whitelist within the hour.

Yes Qwest is a pain but the postmaster thing is correct, it took ½ hour for my IP's to be removed from the Black List.
