Emails from Korea and China being blocked

I have a business client in the US who is not receiving emails from clients in Korea and China.

The email addresses are username@korea.com and username@nbdafa.com

According to the US ISP, the two domains are blacklisted and being blocked before reaching the US ISP.

What steps do I have to take to get specific user emails from these two domains?

Or would the process have to be done at the sender's end?

    Thank - Robert

Using our Free Blacklist Lookup Tool, I do see that those two domains are on blacklists. These senders are probably experiencing problems with their customers receiving mail in general, we would highly recommend that they take a look at an email solution designed to protect them from email problems like this.

Unfortunately other than that there is not much you can do in order to receive their email.

    Thank you,
    Wendy
