MX Messaging Resources

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have noticed that your MX record lookup doesn't work for blackberry.nics.gov.uk but other mx record lookup sites get it?

If you are using the authoritive name server why does your site not work? I know the mx records for this are setup.

I like using this site that is why I am interested to see if we can resolve this.

Thank you for your interest in our tool. We currently have a known bug that causes some sub-domains to fail MX lookups. We are working to correct this and improve the tool in other ways as well. Thank you for your feedback and we hope to have this feature fixed soon.
