yahoo goes to the spam filter?

    yahoo goes to the spam filter?

    We have recently setup an internal exchange server using one of our static ip"s. I have now discovered that when sending to  Yahoo or SBC accounts, the mail goes to the spam box instead of the inbox. Any ideas on how to fix this?

    Try setting up a reverse DNS entry for your static IP that your mail server is on. Some providers will automatically treat mail from servers without a properly configured reverse DNS as spam.

    There could be a number of things that are causing your messages to be delivered to spam folders for your clients or customers. It is hard to give advice or even an opinion since I do not know the details of your network infrastructure.
