My dashboard does not work

    My dashboard does not work

    I am getting the following displayin the dashboard for my new account:

    The following diagnostic information was forwarded automatically to:


    A system error has occurred.

    TimeStamp:8/20/2008 3:18:41 PM

    Detail: Error loading dashboard for 33315



    Error Source: MXT_EOM

    John,

    I have reset your account and you should be able to start your setup over. Please keep in mind that you must place only your domain name and not mail.domain.com for monitoring. We can only monitor valid domains with valid MX records.

    I was not able to reset your account because I do not have any information on your setup. Please send your domain, IP, company name etc to support@mxtoolbox.com and I can reset your account.
