I recently started using your service. Could you please explain the two time values that are displayed at the bottom of the 24 Hour Performance Monitor graph? How are these times derived? Are they the peak values for Transaction times? They do not seem to be noted on a specific time interval and vary depending upon the 24 hour period...

I have recently subscribed to your monitoring service and I have the same question. To clarify it a bit more: When you look at "Performance monitoring" you will see a graphic that shows the measured values against a time scale. But there is no clear indication of what the time scale is. The only things you see  are 2 timestamps with no clear relation to the whole graphic. In the current graphic it is not possible to tell wether you are looking at a 24 hour span or something else.

I would suggest that you put a time indication for the left and right part of the scale and some sensible intermediate values in between them.

I have passed this question on to my Production Engineers asking for more clarification and information on the current features of the Performance Monitor.

I have gathered some more information on what the Performance Monitor actually does. The performance graph shows the amount of time it takes the server to accept a SMTP connection and process a simple set of test commands.
