 My Dashboard is no longer working for user: Administrator@csn.co.nz.

How/who do I caontact for a fix?

The Free Monitoring Service cannot monitor smtp.csn.co.nz as this does not have valid MX Records. The Free Monitoring Service is designed to monitor domains.

I have reset your account and you may try setting up another valid domain for Monitoring.
