    Problem with possible trojan

I am the administrator for a non-profits exchange email server which we have registered with Mx toolbox to help us stay on top of the server and not get blacklisted and it has been a tremendous help..Thank you for a great service. I had a problem come up over the past week where we have gotten some kind of trojan or someone has made it past our firewall router. We have had two random occurences over a 3 day period where something generated 1000 plus outbound emails using a bogus sender id (phishing attempt against a bank) which clogs up our smtp queue and caused us to get on two blacklist. I had Norton Exchange Server Email protection activated on this server yet this still got through some how? Can you provide me some clues about how to track down where these emails are generated and how to stop it from happening again?

I am still having a problem with seeing your WHOLE screen on the monitor page since there is NO scroll bar coming up. Using IE7.

I think I am registered since I have our server registered with you correct?

    Thank You
